“BIG STAGE” LP arrives 5.16.25
Big Stage is the fourth full-length album from Jon Lindsay, made mostly in Hollywood, CA, at Eric Valentine’s Barefoot Studios. It was produced and performed by Lindsay, mixed and co-produced by Mike Pepe, and features horn arrangements and performances by Matt Douglas of The Mountain Goats, and drums from Chris Walldorf (of Moa) and Jonathan Erickson (of the Noises 10).

An Evening Extreme with Benji Hughes and Jon Lindsay offers fans an immersive journey through the hits and rarities of Hughes’ extensive catalog in a psychedelic cabaret setting, where Lindsay’s sparkling performances—featuring songs from the forthcoming album Big Stage serve as both show opener and collaborator in Hughes’ set- an affair laced with comedic catharsis and musical magic.

Based in Savannah, Georgia, Daffin Records is a subsidiary of PhillComm Global, and exists to market and distribute the records of Jon Lindsay, his related projects, and friends.
Jon Lindsay lives in Savannah, Georgia, and New York City. He’s a solo artist, producer, and multi-instrumentalist/backing vocalist for Benji Hughes. He’s released three solo albums, three EPs and many singles. His fourth LP Big Stage arrives May 16th, 2025 via Daffin Records. Big Stage was made in Hollywood at Eric Valentine’s Barefoot Studios and features horn performances and arrangements from Matt Douglas (of The Mountain Goats). Lindsay was co-founder of The Catch Fire, with Mike Mitschele (of The Alternative Champs), and co-founder of The Young Sons, both power pop acts from Charlotte, NC. In 2013, Lindsay co-founded the NC Music Love Army with Caitlin Cary (of Whiskeytown). Lindsay and Hughes are on a U.S. tour in 2025 with stops along both coasts and official appearances at SXSW.
